Handpainted Gym Art at Leh, Ladakh
As we pointed out in our previous post in the "Art and Craft" category that...
there is an emerging modern and contemporary art scene in Leh Town.
Here is another example of that.
We spotted an upmarket Gymnasium with handpainted wall murals with muscular imagery to motivate the Gym members and to attract visitors.

Independent art and artist of Leh, (old town)
There is an emerging modern and contemporary art scene in Leh, Ladakh. Specially, the old town just below the Leh Palace.
Youth of Leh and Ladakh region go to study all over India but most of them prefer Delhi for higher education. Delhi College of Arts being one of them.
After completing their education most of them want to settle down in the metropolitan cities but after the Covid-19 period many of them have changed their mind set.
Remote working culture and advanced Internet and digital work methods have enabled many young people to choose to work on what they love to do.
Art and artist community isn't any exception.

Here is a Hyperlapse taken from the mobile phone. 📲👇🏼
This night scene was taken from the Karakoram Hotel side. You can see a vehicle turning around and going towards its destination. The headlights of the four wheeler makes this night scene pretty interesting.

Leh Town night scenes
Posting some night scenes of Leh Town captured from the Parking Area restaurant under the Leh Palace.
The view for a 1st time visitor is breath-taking. It is so nice to sit in the restaurant take your food sip on a coffee and you see this amazing view of the Leh Town flickering with lights.
(instead of posting lot of still photos we put them into sequence and converted into a GIF for easy and faster view)
